Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch can vary depending on when your order is placed but will normally be between 3 to 5 Business Days.
The processing time is in addition to the delivery times as I make all products upon receiving an order.
Estimated Shipping times
UK Shipping time: 2-4 business days
EU Shipping time: 3-7 business days
Rest of the World: 5-10 business days
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, import taxes, custom taxes or any other fees associated with their respective countries. Please check with your Customs Office about which products are allowed to be imported into your country before ordering. We will not be held responsible for Customs delays.
